Crookgate Bank, Burnopfield

TGP’s Newcastle Office have a had a busy start to the new year and are delighted to have helped secure planning permission for 59 new homes on the edge of Burnopfield, County Durham for Avant Homes. The layout included a large area of public open space with native woodland and woodland edge planting as well as specimen trees, native hedge planting and wildflower meadows to create a connected network of green spaces that build on, enhance and link into the existing green corridors and wider footpath network. This projects continues our work with Avant Homes and works will start on site in the coming weeks.
