TGP’s Newest Member of the Team

TGP is excited to share the news of our newest team member Younwoo Kim!

Younwoo joins us on her year out in practice after graduating from the University of Sheffield.

Studying Landscape Architecture with Ecology, Younwoo is now equipped with the skills and understanding of habitat creation and ecological processes, and how these can be achieved through landscape design.

Younwoo brings a varied skillset of AutoCAD, Adobe software and 3D Drawing – all of which play a huge part in a modern-day landscape architecture practice.

With a passion for detail and user-focused design, Younwoo brings insight into the practicalities of any space, and how this can be utilised by people throughout different times of the day and year – a practical versatility that’s crucial in the industry.

People-focused design is another passion of Younwoo’s, focusing on the connection between a space and its users, as well as sustainability through housing design and construction with hard landscape design.

Her exciting move from Sheffield to Glasgow brings with it multiple opportunities to develop her skills and experience in the industry, as well as discover all that Scotland has to offer. We’re looking forward to working with her on our portfolio of exciting projects!
