Newcastle Landscape Planning

TGP was commissioned by MB European Ltd to carry out a Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) as part of an Environmental Statement, for a proposed, mixed residential development on the site of Newcastle Heliport on the banks of the River Tyne.

We were tasked with assessing the cumulative effect of the adjacent Calder Site development and provided visualisations illustrating the potential massing of both developments from a series of viewpoints along the Tyne Valley.
